The winery located in the heart of the DOQ Priorat (Torroja del Priorat) has been making wines since 2005 and organic wines since 2008. All with grapes from their own vineyards.

The Carinyena is the star variety, as it is not only one of the most characteristic of the Priorat but also the one that Jordi Aixalà likes the most, as our two Carinyena monovarietals are very well known.
We produce six red wines, two whites and one rosé, so it is easy to think that the production is considerable, a normal harvest produces only twenty thousand bottles, so in recent years the total number has been much less.

In the Aixalà i Alcait winery, we make the land express all its personality and we always work our own vineyards within organic production.
