Aixalà Alcait family take care of the vineyards since the decade of the 80es. 2005 is the year in which was made the first Pardelasses bottle, thus since this year the cellar is the result of an illusion and the beginning of a dream. This soul is the past and present and will the future.

In the heart of priorat, in the town of Torroja, there are the vineyards. Here the vineyards, which grow on larks and terraces of slate (llicorella), taking profit of the land and weather, that are unique, giving special characteristics to all the wines.

If we take care of the land that we love, we are protecting ecosystems from different points of the world.
The compromise must begin here, in Priorat, county which has lived through lots of moments and not always easy and we are doing it for more of 20 years. First was, work the land inside the organic farming, next, changing the kind of box, taking out the plastic adhesive tape and passing it to a kind of box which doesn't need it, Thus the plastic wasn't priceles. Last we have improved too the kind of capsule and label.
